Position Overview:
The Cut Table Assistant supports daily cut table operations, prepares material kits, maintains workspace organization, and ensures accurate material handling and inventory tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

* Open and close the Cut Table Department.
* Operate the cut table safely and efficiently.
* Prepare material kits for the Lamination Department.
* Maintain freezer and workspace cleanliness.
* Check in/out and log materials properly.
* Report machine issues to the Lead.
* Follow SOPs for material handling and operation.
* Perform inventory counts for materials and kits.
* Identify materials and kits using Engineering drawings.
* Assist with monthly material audit inventory counts.
* Help Lamination locate materials and kits.
* Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
* Use basic math for measurements and calculations.
* Work collaboratively with the team.
* Edit and create spreadsheets as needed.
* Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring to the Team:

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
* Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Hours of Operation:

Normal business hours: 1st Shift 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 2nd Shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM; Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

* Combination of indoor and outdoor activities with varying conditions
* Requires walking, standing, sitting, climbing, balancing, bending, reaching, handling, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
* Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds
* May involve operating material handling equipment in a safe manner
* Work may include exposure to variable noise levels, fumes, airborne particles, hazardous chemicals, etc., requiring personal protective equipment
* Some positions may require working with small parts/components, necessitating excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
* Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
