We have an immediate need for a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is eager to start a career in customer service, event promotions, or sales support.
As our newest team member, you’ll provide friendly, professional support at events, assist with promotions, and help create positive customer experiences. No prior experience is required—we provide paid training and clear opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
Deliver professional customer support at events and promotions
Answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure positive customer interactions
Assist with event setup, displays, and engagement activities
Contribute to team goals in customer satisfaction and sales promotions
Work closely with peers in a collaborative, team-focused environment
Qualifications
Strong communication and people skills
Outgoing, friendly, and customer-focused

Full-time availability, including some weekends
