We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals interested in customer service, client relations, event operations, and business support.
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers and clients. You’ll handle inquiries, support registrations and transactions, and help maintain smooth day-to-day operations across events and business activities.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication
Assist with event registration, scheduling, and general service requests
Process registrations, payments, and transactions using internal systems and CRM tools
Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs
Support service quality improvements through feedback tracking
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient customer experience
Assist with administrative tasks and operational support as needed
Stay updated on company services, offerings, and procedures
