Customer Service Representative - Entry Level

We are hiring an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to support nonprofit fundraising campaigns through residential, door-to-door outreach in local neighborhoods. This role focuses on face-to-face customer service, community engagement, and building positive relationships with community members while supporting respected nonprofit organizations.
This position is well suited for individuals who enjoy working with people, value strong customer service, and are interested in making a positive impact in their local community. No prior experience is required. Paid training and ongoing support are provided.
Responsibilities
Provide professional and courteous customer service through residential outreach
Engage community members in conversations about nonprofit programs and initiatives
Clearly explain nonprofit missions, goals, and community impact
Answer questions and address concerns in a respectful manner
Encourage one-time or recurring donations when appropriate
Represent nonprofit partners accurately and professionally
Gather community feedback to support outreach improvement efforts
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable interacting with new people in a professional setting
Customer-focused and service-oriented approach
Willingness to learn and accept coaching
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centers, or sales. (Preferred but not required)
