You’ll ensure every interaction runs smoothly, helping to maintain positive relationships and deliver a seamless, professional experience.This is an entry-level position — full training and mentorship are provided, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to launch a career in marketing, customer relations, or event management. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their goals and expectations.Assist event attendees with questions related to event details, registration, and logistics.Provide a friendly, professional, and solutions-focused approach to every interaction.Collaborate with internal departments to support event operations and client needs.Handle client feedback and concerns with empathy and efficiency.Keep clients and attendees updated on event schedules, changes, and key information. QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to help others.Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or marketing is a plus but not required.
