As we continue to grow, weβre seeking a Client Service Representative who can provide exceptional support and help ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to service excellence.
In this role, youβll act as a key connection point between clients, guests, and internal teamsβhelping create smooth, well-organized, and positive event experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a main contact for client and attendee questions, providing accurate and timely responses
Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding goals and expectations
Assist event attendees with registrations, directions, and general event information
Deliver a friendly, professional experience that enhances overall customer satisfaction
Resolve concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and solutions-focused approach
Partner with internal departments to address issues and improve service delivery
Communicate updates, changes, and important details related to upcoming events
Support coordination between marketing, client services, and event teams
Qualifications
At least 1 year of customer service experience (events, hospitality, or marketing preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to explain information clearly and professionally
Experience handling customer concerns and finding effective solutions
Adaptable and able to think quickly in fast-moving environments
Customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering positive experiences
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport easily
