Training for New CDL Drivers
This position is open to drivers who recently obtained their CDL and need over-the-road experience.
Valid Class A CDL required
Minimum 120 hours completed at an accredited CDL training school
3–5 week paid training program with a company mentor
Training includes safety procedures, ELD compliance, trip planning, and company policies
Drivers advance to solo driving based on performance

Late-model Freightliner and Kenworth tractors
Automatic and 10-speed transmissions

Assigned trucks once drivers transition to solo driving

Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age
Valid Class A CDL required
