Home Time

Equipment
Late-model Freightliner and Kenworth tractors
Automatic and 10-speed transmissions
Average tractor age approximately 1.5 years
Trucks permanently assigned to drivers

Entry-Level Driver Training
Drivers with little or no over-the-road experience may qualify for the entry-level training program.
Must hold a valid Class A CDL
Must have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school training
3–5 week paid training program with a company mentor
Training includes safety procedures, ELD compliance, trip planning, and company policies
Advancement to solo driving is performance-based

Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age
Valid Class A CDL required
Must have held a valid U.S. drivers license for at least 12 consecutive months
Stable work history with no major employment gaps
Acceptable driving record
Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening hair and urine
