About the Role:
Lendz Financial is expanding our Capital Markets team and is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Capital Markets Analyst to join us at our Las Olas Boulevard. office. This is a rare opportunity to break into the mortgage industry with hands-on training, mentorship, and the ability to grow your career from day one.
This full-time, entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a degree in finance, business, or a related field who are hungry to learn and ready to work hard. If you’re excited by fast-paced environments, love working with numbers, and want to gain foundational experience in mortgage operations and capital markets, this role is for you.
This role is fully on-site from 9am-6pm Monday through Friday at our Las Olas Boulevard headquarters.
What You’ll Learn and Do:
You’ll be trained to support our loan operations by helping manage rate lock requests, ensure pricing accuracy, and support compliance with investor guidelines across a variety of lending channels. Key responsibilities you’ll grow into include:
Assisting with the processing and tracking of daily loan rate lock requests
Supporting loan officers and partners by helping provide accurate pricing scenarios
Learning to verify investor selection and loan-level price adjustments
Helping monitor lock expirations and assist with re-locks, extensions, or cancellations
Learning how to maintain clean, accurate data in the loan origination system (LOS)
Assisting in reviewing loan delivery documents to ensure they meet investor standards
Collaborating with team members to identify and improve workflow processes
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in an office, finance, or operations setting
Eagerness to learn and grow in the mortgage and financial services space
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure and manage shifting priorities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
