What You’ll Do
* Lead by example and support a culture of world-class customer service.
* Assist with daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and reporting.
* Support and train team members in areas like customer service, merchandising, donation flow, pricing, and safety.
* Ensure clean, organized, safe store conditions while maintaining inventory flow and product rotation.
* Monitor loss prevention and safeguard company assets.
* Maintain accurate production counts, donor tracking, and department-specific goals.
* Provide positive, mission-driven leadership to create a motivating and inclusive environment.
* Step into keyholder, department lead, or management support responsibilities based on store need.
What You Need
* Previous retail experience; leadership experience preferred (not required for all roles).
* Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to lead by example while supporting a team-oriented environment.
* Basic computer skills and comfort learning POS and reporting tools.
* Ability to stand, bend, lift 25–40 lbs depending on role.
* Reliable transportation.
* Preferred open availability; must be willing to work evenings and weekends as business needs require.
