Key Responsibilities
Support the Marketing Manager in managing and executing campaigns
Integrate PR campaigns with client promotions for maximum impact
Coordinate in-store or event-based marketing activities to ensure smooth execution
Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and retail event personnel
Assist in the creation of promotional marketing materials and visual merchandising
Track and report event performance, traffic, production, and inventory
Identify new opportunities for process improvement and campaign efficiency
Position may advance into senior campaign management roles based on performance
Qualifications
College degree completed or in progress preferred
0–2 years’ experience or internships in PR, communications, marketing, or sales are an asset
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and work independently
Level-headed, professional, and service-oriented attitude
Adaptable, dependable, and responsible
Basic understanding of public relations, marketing, and sales strategy
