We are a fast-growing marketing and advertising firm seeking an energetic, motivated Entry-Level Junior Marketing Assistant to join our team.
We help leading brands grow through direct marketing, customer acquisition, brand awareness, and relationship-building campaigns. Due to continued growth, we are hiring entry-level professionals who are ready to learn, develop their skills, and grow into leadership opportunities.
No extensive marketing experience is required—training is provided.
Responsibilities
Assist with the growth and development of marketing campaigns
Represent client brands through direct marketing initiatives
Engage with potential customers and build strong relationships
Support customer acquisition and retention strategies
Assist the sales team with business development activities
Communicate campaign information to customers and clients
Track customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
Participate in team training and professional development
Work closely with management to achieve campaign and business goals
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
Comfortable interacting with customers and working in a team environment
Motivated, competitive, and eager to learn
Marketing, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or communications experience is a plus, but not required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, not required
