JOB DESCRIPTION:
Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is currently in search of an Entry-Level Residential HVAC Installer to join their Avon, NY team. The ideal candidate for this position possesses a strong willingness to learn and grow, with a genuine desire to continue learning the skills necessary to become a proficient and highly effective Residential Installer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Perform installations of furnaces, boilers, mini-splits, heat pumps, water heaters, AC units etc. for residential clients
* Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and address HVAC concerns
* Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is functional and safe upon departure
* Make sure work area is clear once installation is complete
* Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job
* Perform other duties as assigned by your manager
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
* High School diploma or equivalent required
* OSHA 10-hour Certificate preferred
* Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required
The starting base range for this position is $18.50 to $22.00/hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
