What You’ll Do
✔ Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and video calls

✔ Assist with policy questions, claims, and documentation updates
✔ Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with new and existing clients
✔ Deliver high-quality service while working independently in a supportive team culture
Who We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or GED (some college a plus)
Tech-savvy with basic computer skills (Zoom, email, web navigation)
Strong communication and customer service mindset
U.S.-based, 18 years or older, and legally authorized to work
