Your Role
As a New Lexus Sales Consultant, you will:
* Deliver a refined, consultative buying experience tailored to each guest
* Assist clients in selecting a new Lexus vehicle that fits their lifestyle and
preferences
* Guide guests through the entire process—from introduction to delivery
* Demonstrate vehicle features through thoughtful, personalized presentations
and test drives
* Build lasting relationships that lead to loyalty, repeat business, and
referrals
* Maintain accurate records, follow-ups, and administrative responsibilities
* Continuously develop knowledge of new Lexus models, technology, and services

* $50,000 – $150,000+ annually, based on performance
