What You’ll Do as a Marketing & Sales Associate:
Represent well-known national clients at retail stores, events, and community activations
Assist in planning and executing in-store marketing campaigns and pop-up promotions
Engage directly with customers, sharing product knowledge and generating brand interest
Support lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention efforts
Track and report campaign performance, providing valuable customer feedback to improve strategies
Collaborate with your team to meet sales goals and performance targets
Participate in sales training workshops, coaching sessions, and team-building activities
Who We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
Local candidates with immediate availability preferred
Strong communication skills with a positive, customer-focused attitude
Dependable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and grow
Comfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environments
18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Backgrounds in retail, customer service, hospitality, or team sports are a bonus—but not required
