Overview
This role is at Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, supporting Spirit’s Commercial Business Units (“Spirit Commercial”). Spirit Commercial designs and builds commercial aerostructures, including for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, one of Boeing’s three business units and the premier manufacturer of commercial jetliners for decades. Spirit Commercial’s core products include fuselages, pylons, nacelles and wing components, with a focus on innovative composite and aluminum manufacturing solutions.
Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:
Develop and manage production schedules to support program timelines, resource needs, and delivery goals.
Evaluate costs, identify risks, and manage changes to manufacturing plans and schedules.
Forecast demand and contribute to long-term strategic planning.
Create master production schedules and time-phased manufacturing sequence plans.
Validate schedule data with production teams and may be requirted to provide performance updates to management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with program, fabrication, assembly, and tooling teams to ensure schedule accuracy and feasibility.
Determine resource requirements such as manpower, rate tools, and rotable tools to support manufacturing plans.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Operations or a related field
0+ of experience in manufacturing scheduling, production planning, accounting or similar role
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and thrive in a team-oriented environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, formulas, and spreadsheet management.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement principles
Candidates with strong Mathmatical Aptitude

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range – Entry Level (Level 1): $45,350 - $69,500
