What You'll Be Doing as an Entry Level Manager:
Engage with new and existing customers in person to recommend tailored windshield replacement options
Provide guidance throughout the enrollment process, including helping customers with insurance claim submissions
Support sales initiatives by tracking leads, following up on inquiries, and improving customer satisfaction
Stay informed on service updates, product offerings, and industry trends to maintain expertise
Work closely with customers to ensure their accounts and service needs are handled efficiently
Collaborate with the broader team to gather feedback and refine the customer experience
Consistently meet performance goals related to customer service and sales support
What You Bring to the Entry Level Manager Team:
