We are hiring Entry-Level Event Assistants to support nonprofit fundraising and community outreach initiatives through live events and public-facing campaigns. This is a full-time, entry-level position with paid training provided and no prior experience required.

Position Overview
Entry-Level Event Assistants support the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of live events and outreach campaigns. The role involves interacting with the public, assisting event staff, and ensuring a positive experience for attendees and community members.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics
Support live events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach initiatives
Greet and engage with event attendees, donors, and community members
Provide accurate information about nonprofit missions and campaign goals
Deliver professional and courteous customer service throughout events
Assist event coordinators and team members as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional event environment
Qualifications
Comfortable interacting with the public in a face-to-face setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively
Available for a full-time schedule
Preferred but not required:
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, promotions, or community outreach.
