What You’ll Do
Represent charitable organizations at fundraising events and community outreach programs
Attract potential donors by answering questions and providing information about charitable programs
Open and update supporter accounts accurately
Resolve donor questions or concerns in a professional and positive manner
Collect and analyze supporter feedback to improve fundraising strategies
Work with your team to achieve event and fundraising goals
Participate in management and leadership training to grow your career
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and active listening abilities
Organized and able to multitask during live events
Motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or fundraising is a plus, but not required
