We’re seeking motivated, outgoing, and people-focused individuals to join our team as Community Outreach Representatives. What You’ll Do
As a Community Outreach Representative, you’ll help connect communities with nonprofit programs, events, and meaningful causes.
Engage with community members to promote nonprofit programs and campaigns
Support community outreach, fundraising, and promotional initiatives
Build positive relationships with community members, volunteers, and supporters
Assist with event setup, registration, and logistics
Represent nonprofit organizations in a friendly and professional manner
Track engagement, attendance, and campaign results
Work with a team to achieve outreach and event goals
What We’re Looking For
Experience is not required. We value enthusiasm, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
You may be a great fit if you:
Are 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Have a high school diploma or GED; college coursework is a plus
Enjoy meeting and talking with new people
Are friendly, dependable, organized, and adaptable
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Are comfortable working in public-facing environments
Can work occasional evenings, weekends, or community events
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, fundraising, marketing, events, or nonprofit work is a plus—but not required.
