In this role, you will assist with repairs, reconstruction, and restoration projects, gaining hands-on experience in residential and commercial carpentry. Necessary Experience and Skill Set:
Assist with repairing and rebuilding damaged structures, including framing, drywall, and trim work
Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision
Help prepare and clean work areas before and after projects
Work as part of a team to ensure projects are completed on time and meet SERVPRO® standards
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
Ability to measure, cut, paint/finish, and install trim
Strong problem solving and customer service skillset
Able to use smartphone for work apps
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to perform multiple tasks at construction sites that require extensive physical labor, including lifting, climbing, bending, digging, and operating hand and power tools for 8-10 hours a day.
Able to lift up to 50lbs
Maintained a valid driver’s license
