We’re a fast-growing marketing and events firm that partners with national nonprofit organizations to increase visibility, engage communities, and drive impact. We’re immediately hiring Entry-Level Assistant Managers who are ambitious, goal-driven, and ready to build a long-term career in leadership, event operations, and team management.
This role is ideal for emerging leaders, recent graduates, or professionals from retail, sales, or service industries who want to transition into management and career growth opportunities. No prior nonprofit experience is required—we provide hands-on leadership training and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of community outreach and event-based campaigns
Coach and mentor team members to meet and exceed performance goals
Manage event logistics including setup, scheduling, and on-site support
Represent partners at live events, retail activations, and community campaigns
Track and analyze campaign results, providing feedback and strategy adjustments
Participate in leadership workshops, training sessions, and strategic planning
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or events is a plus (not required)
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Thrives in fast-paced, public-facing environments
Coachable, team-oriented, and motivated to grow into leadership
18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
