What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the front-line voice of the campaigns you represent:
Represent nonprofits at live events, fundraisers, and community outreach programs
Engage with the public in a friendly, professional, and authentic manner
Share compelling messages about social causes, nonprofit missions, and community needs
Educate individuals on nonprofit goals, impact, and ways to get involved
Build relationships to foster long-term donor engagement and support
Collaborate with your team to ensure successful campaign execution

No prior customer service or outreach experience? No problem! We provide paid training and ongoing mentorship. You’re a great fit if you:
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
