We’re looking for a compassionate, energetic, and people-focused Charity Event Assistant to join our team at the entry level.

About the Role
As a Charity Event Assistant, you’ll support our event and outreach teams by connecting with community members at charity events, pop-up sites, and partner locations. Your role is to create meaningful interactions, share campaign information, and help supporters take action in support of important causes.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and engage with attendees at charity events in a warm, professional manner
Educate the public about our nonprofit partners and current campaigns
Answer questions, address concerns, and guide supporters through the donation process
Represent charity partners with integrity, empathy, and enthusiasm
Assist with day-of event logistics, including setup and breakdown
Maintain a positive, high-energy presence throughout each event
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure donors feel appreciated
