We have an immediate need for full-time Business Development Trainees to join our fast-growing event marketing and nonprofit fundraising team. This is an entry-level role perfect for motivated, goal-oriented individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, client relations, and leadership.
What You’ll Do:
Learn all aspects of business development, sales strategy, and client management
Assist with on-site promotional events, community campaigns, and brand activations
Engage clients and the public to build relationships, generate leads, and drive campaign results
Collaborate with mentors to develop project management, team leadership, and operational skills
Track performance metrics and provide feedback to optimize campaigns
