What You’ll Do
Management & Business Training (60%)
Plan and lead nonprofit fundraising and outreach campaigns from start to finish
Oversee day-to-day operations, track performance metrics, and manage team productivity
Learn core business functions: budgeting, forecasting, team leadership, and decision-making
Set campaign goals, coach team members, and support scaling of outreach strategies
Community Fundraising & Public Engagement (30%)
Represent nonprofit partners at events, pop-ups, and live community campaigns
Educate and engage the public on social causes using face-to-face communication
Build donor relationships and encourage long-term support through consultative conversations
Leadership Development (10%)
Build public speaking, coaching, and mentorship skills
Work closely with experienced leaders through 1-on-1 mentorship
Take on team lead responsibilities as you grow—supporting, managing, and mentoring new associates
