Assistant Manager – Entry Level

We’re hiring an Assistant Manager (Entry Level) to join our leadership development program. This role is designed for individuals ready to grow their skills in customer service, retail marketing, and team leadership—while being mentored by experienced managers.
If you have a background in hospitality, retail, food service, or customer-facing roles, your skills will be valued here. No prior management experience required—we provide full training and support.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service in major retail settings
Represent client brands through direct marketing and promotions
Act as a brand ambassador, creating positive customer experiences
Collaborate with team leads and managers to improve outreach strategies
Participate in training workshops and leadership development programs
Support new team members through day-to-day mentoring
Track performance goals and contribute to campaign success
